The rooms were clean and our bed was comfortable. Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The air conditioning system barely worked and the carpets were stained. Breakfast was decent, but limited options available.

The breakfast was impressive, with plenty of options like pancakes and bacon. Rooms were clean and spacious, but the hallways needed better upkeep. No elevator access made carrying luggage a hassle. Imran at the front desk provided great service. Overall, decent stay for the price.

Cottonwood Suites offers a spacious, carpeted area perfect for kids to play while parents relax. The pool was a highlight for our family group of 14, providing a great spot for our children to have fun and adults to unwind together. A wonderful venue for family gatherings!

The bed was super comfy and I loved the hot, powerful shower! The breakfast area had a fresh makeover, and I enjoyed a stunning view of the pool. The staff were amazing, especially Imran at the front desk, making my stay extra special!
Can recommend! 😊❤️

The beds were comfy and the shower packed a punch with hot water. I enjoyed the fresh and plentiful breakfast – the smell alone was mouthwatering!
It wasn't inexpensive, but for the comfort and convenience, it was reasonable.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone wanting to explore Savannah since it's only a short drive to popular spots like the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum and Fun Zone Amusement and Sports Park both just around 2 kilometers away and if you’re in the mood for some outdoor relax at Tom Triplett Community Park just over 2.5 kilometers from here or you can enjoy some treats at nearby places like Burger King and Cracker Barrel which are just a few steps away across the road while the atmosphere around the hotel is nice and quiet but it could be even better if the breakfast area was more clearly marked.

I had a rough stay with the shower. It was impossible to get the water cool, made for a scorching experience. Plus, the phone was just a decoration—no one wants that when you’re looking for help! Super frustrating.

Everything was flawless.

The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants.
Our first room had a door that didn't close properly. The second room was stained and had mold everywhere.

The pool area looked inviting, though I never got the chance to take a dip. Check-in was a breeze thanks to a friendly front desk clerk. The grab-and-go breakfast was decent, but I missed having coffee available beyond the in-room maker. First impressions soured with a musty original room, and while a quick move upstairs helped, the situation still felt sketchy with strong odors. Sheets appeared unchanged upon arrival, causing frustration. It’s clear the place is worn down and undergoing renovations, but if you don’t mind imperfections, it has its charm. Would I return? Maybe.

The grab-and-go breakfast packs a punch of convenience. The staff tried to help us by switching our room, and that was nice.
The security in the place felt a bit sketchy, to be honest.

The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long travel day. The room was clean and free from odors, which was a pleasant surprise. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space cool and inviting. noise from the hallway was disruptive, especially with loud guests. The bathroom was fair, but could have used more attention. There was a slight musty smell, likely due to humidity. The breakfast area was challenging to locate, and the menu options were limited, which was disappointing. it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

This property has potential. The suite overlooking the pool is a highlight. At night, the area transforms into a romantic oasis with soft café lights and flickering torches—a lovely sight. the experience fell short in several areas. Breakfast was hidden away, and staff didn’t guide us properly despite inquiries. The facility is not what it seems online. Stains and unpleasant odors were pervasive, and one room had black mold. Staff was accommodating when we requested a room change, but basic cleanliness missed the mark. Security issues and poor management further clouded the experience. The amenities deserve attention. With improvements, this could be a standout destination.

Visiting Savannah Riverboat Cruises was like stepping back in time, with a scenic journey up the river. The event bursting with over 500 artists showcased vibrant performances, workshops, and art exhibits. It was a delight for the family, offering a taste of the Southeast's diverse culture.
My kids wished for a kid's play area at the hotel, which could enhance family stay.

Got a grab & go breakfast with bottled water, and the kids enjoyed the pool access. The free parking was convenient for exploring the nearby area without added expenses.
Maintenance issues plagued our stay. The faucet in our bathroom was difficult to use, and the room appeared run-down.

The National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force blew my mind with its vast collection. Broughton Street shops were a treasure trove. The Telfair Museum's architecture and art were top-notch.
Witnessing the breakfast cooks vape was a delightful surprise.

The hotel definitely had its ups and downs. Let's start with the positives. I really appreciated the fact that there were ironing facilities available in the room. It was super convenient to have that option available, especially when you're traveling for business or a special event. The air conditioning worked pretty well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, providing some entertainment during downtime. there were also some areas that could definitely use improvement. The carpets in the room were a bit dirty with noticeable stains, even though it seemed like they had been cleaned recently. The bed was not as firm as I would have liked, leading to a slightly uncomfortable night's sleep. the lack of a trash can in the main room was a bit inconvenient, as the only trash can available was in the bathroom. The ironing facilities and air conditioning were great perks, but the cleanliness and comfort of the room could be better. Just some things to consider looking to stay at this hotel.

we had a great experience at Cottonwood Suites Savannah Hotel & Conference Center. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the property is currently under renovation. they were happy to change our room when we weren't satisfied with the first. the hot buffet breakfast was very good, and the bed and room were comfortable. overall, it didn't hinder us from having a good time on our vacation.
All good 😊

The room was extremely clean and spacious, with a kitchenette included just as advertised. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.
There were a few drawbacks to consider. The cleanliness of the common areas, such as the hallway carpets and the ice machine, left much to be desired.

My friends and I had a blast in Savannah, cruising the Savannah River and checking out the amazing international music event with 500 artists! Our room at the hotel was spacious and the to-go breakfast was a lifesaver for our busy schedule.
Could use a cooler hangout spot for us young party animals, maybe with some cool music or a fun DJ to vibe with! .

We had a fantastic time at this hotel during our stay in Savannah. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we were well taken care of. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, allowing us to relax and get a good night's sleep. We were especially grateful for the small travel-size pillow provided alongside the big ones, as they were the perfect size for us. The hotel's Wi-Fi worked well, allowing us to stay connected and get some work done. Additionally, the location was convenient, just a short drive away from the Convention Centre and the riverfront.
The breakfast options left something to be desired. While there were some cold cereal, bagels, and milk available, the cooked food was not up to par.

My stay at Cottonwood Suites Savannah Hotel & Conference Center was comfortable and convenient. The grab-and-go breakfast was a nice touch. Although the room could use some updating, the friendly staff made up for it. I'll recommend this hotel.
